I was spotting at manchester in the mid of last month when these beasts caught my eye. It past my mind they could be de-icers but it was too warm

Anyone, btw i've not seen them since.

they are infact multi purpose vehicles. winter time they are de-icers and inspection trucks, summer they are used for all sorts of things.
