Hi all,

Todays hop on my way to the Caribbean is from Dallas, Texas to Memphis, Tennessee. Home of the King of rock n' roll, sooo.....

Leaving Dallas (KDFW):

All was going fine on our journey east:

When we came across this huge hole near Texakarna, Arkansas (KTXK):


Just crossing the great Mississippi River:

& not a minute too soon either, just 10% fuel left onboard:

Sad thing about that, Marc Cohn was shot in the head after an attempted carjacking...I wonder how he is...he survived, but how well after a head injury like that?

That's a pretty gnarly hole ya found there!  Seems every time ya turn around, we've found a newer, bigger one... Wonder if we'll ever find em all?

There are several HUGE holes in the ground like that in Flight Sim. On is at Stockton Lake in Southwest Missouri, which is near where I live, but there is also a patch to fix them, which I have, but dont remember where I got it from  :o

After I had thought about it, I think I've heard of the 'Arkansas Hole' in FS9 before, although I didn't set out to find it on this trip, so it was a bit of a shock to see it when I was winding my merry way east last night.

Sad about Marc Cohn Jordan, i'll look it up later.
