Second, those look real, but not really.  I mean, they are both clearly not real pictures.  They definately have an fs look.  But Im not sure if that really is fs10.

I just went around to many other forums and see nothing related to this.  This means one of two things:

Either
1. Simv will forever go down in history as the first forum to show pics from fs10

or

2. This is fake and somehow this magazine is getting away with lying about fs10

Its just very hard to believe,as far as i know microsoft has just finished,(or still is) hiring people,and they have been guarding it very closely,if a leak already happend M$ has alot of work ahead lol

As far as I know(from Microsoft inhouse sources ) MSFS team is at final steps of coding.Release date is set approx. on spring 2006.

Hey y'all,

Just did some reading (haven't read it all yet) of a thread on that forum from FlightXPress.de.  My German is a little slow, but good, so I asked my fiancee to help with the translation.  

Basically what they are saying is that those pictures are of a study that is being conducted to see what may be possible.  It is being tried on FS9.  Wasn't clear yet if it's actually a totally different program, or a concept using FS9.  

This website is a magazine for simmers and this months issue has an article  for FS10.

OK, after some further reading, I've read more of the thead and they're basically going back and forth as to if this is the real deal.   A couple points of speculation being made:

--  It was suggested that FS10 is at least two years away due to the possibility that the software will probably be ready in one year, but hardware to support the software won't be up to speed for two years.

-- Some are speculating that this is an exercise on FS9 showing some of the features that are possible.  Others are saying it must be an incomplete version of FS10 because it has abilities that FS9 could never do.  Comparing it to saying Windows XP is just Win95 with upgrades.

All of this is speculation and they're pretty much saying the same as it's being said here that MS is being very tight lipped about things.
