well..i followed this 747 down the runway and followed it...it took some getting use to, but i was right next to its wing for about 20 minutes, until i ran low on fuel...pretty fun

Yes, paint will do that for you.
Alternatively send it as an attactment to email and then drag it out and dump it on the desktop. That does it quick and the right size.
