And a Cathay Pacific A340-600 (the FlightCraft model) leaving Honolulu for Hong Kong.

Who said it was FS9?

Well I suppose that the lens flare in the 777 shot gives it away a little. (But the FFX 737-500 looks very good in 2002 also!)
