lourdes etendard one

Postby krigl » Tue Aug 02, 2005 5:29 pm

I've spent the last couple of days enjoying the fruit of acting on two tips from the forums, the France VFR freepack pyrennees beta demo (only part of the pyrennees included so many shots are default mesh), and the Mirage4fs Super Etendard... thanks for the tips whoever posted, both are great... and here are a few shots I took if you'd like a look...

Mainly 2 and 5. I like this hole in the cloud through which we can dee the mountains And on 5 the diving over this ultra realistic landscape is impressive

Bravo !!  :o

Pyrenees, eh? Spent my holidays near Perpignan five years ago. Nice area, but the Mediterranean Sea is way too warm for my taste. :P

Beautiful!  I like the angle in that last shot!

If I flew in France more, I'd probably go hunt that mesh down.  But seeing as I'm a Hawai'in flyer, it just wouldn't get enjoyed by me!

Holy Sh##, I'm going to have a serious look when I get home, but initially a couple of these these shots look unprecedented. WOW!

Hey guys, thanks a lot! Glad you enjoyed them...

...I have to say that the people at France VFR (props for releasing such a cool freeware demo) and Mirage4FS may have played a small part in these quite nice pics, would be hard not to take half-decent shots with quality stuff like this to play with...  virtual beers all round.
