OLD IMAGES DELETE

Postby pete » Fri Jun 17, 2005 6:59 am

As part of site maintenance I am going to delete all images on these forums over 12 months old in a few days.

If you want anything of your own & don't have a backup - now is your chance to retrieve it ;)

Downside is that some avatars & personal images will also go. You may have to upload these again - apologies - but I can't sort out these as there are 10's of thousands of images.

Thanks :)

Kewl - I was just curious though; exactly how much space is currently taken up by all those pics? :)

Why can't we link from imageshack or sites of that matter?

People would also start to hotlink too. Best enforcing a none at all policy and that keeps it away.
