Postby Valentin_RA00 » Tue Jun 14, 2005 4:50 am

Hello all
this is my first message on this wonderfull forum
I also show you the first screenshot I realized
Please be indulgent when you look at these pics : i'm a complete beginner in the art of taking shots.
If some people could give me a few pieces of advices it would be cool.
Last detail : I'm french, so excuse me for my english if I commit faults. ;D

This aircraft is the CAp232 by Guy Huilin repainted by my own in the colours of my aerobatic team, the team romeo alpha.

Off to a good start there, Val... bienvenu.  ;D
As for screencap advice:
Sometimes a casual shot taken during a flight can be a real work of art, but if you want to really impress with quality, don't be afraid to pause, slew, replay, etc... and you might want to "max out" your graphics settings (low framerates won't matter much in a still picture). Change the weather or time of day to get just the light and sky color and texture you want, etc.
That's all I can suggest; but you seem to be doing OK so far! ;D

I gotta ask.............
When you have it in the spin.....Is it a true spin or a spiral?
I've tried several different planes...And they all seem to accelerate after the stall leading to the spin, Not very protypical.....As they should'nt gain speed?
And your pic shows it pretty flat! Which is a good sign of a true spin.....
But I love the spin-shot!
