Time for my medication...

Postby ozzy72 » Sat May 14, 2005 5:45 pm

Well I can finally show everyone what I've been up to this evening, 2 hours of hard work and I've only got some naff shots to show for it (I did actually manage the starboard wing touchdown, but not the port for some reason)....
So after an hour failing with the Mig-29, F-16 and F-14 I went for old faithful, the EE Lightning.....

Nearly hit the fuselage trying to cross over!

Back off and try another approach, but I couldn't land this wing!

So the new game, landing on AI traffic whilst it is flying ;D

Aye Ed, I'm back, and this time without any kind of restriction on my insanity level.
Okay to help the learners of this grand new sport here is some handy info;
AI heavies always fly at a fixed altitude (in 1000s of feet) e.g. 27000 or 30000.
The speed of AI heavies is 300knts.
Your planes handling goes to plop at that altitude and you'll need to be v.careful, especially to avoid weaving and setting off a spin (I had more than I care to remember inventing this game, the Mig-29 being the nastiest)

Ozzy ;)

My Results:

F-15 Eagle

You are an F-15. Your record in combat is spotless; you've never been defeated. You possess good looks, but are not flashy about it. You prefer to let your reputation do the talking
