Dr. Who, Eno, Joe_D, and Mr Mugel are all on the right heading, just not on the VOR radial...

So many guesses yet still not getting it!

Funny thing...I showed this to a friend of mine and she got it right off the bat.  I know it's crazy, but it's true!
