Nothing really stands out other than the fact that you're aimed up due to a slow speed, due to your flaps, other than that i can't tell.

You're climbing through 1500 feet with the gear down... probably a little late for bringing it up.

OBS you hit the nail on the head.

Lately it seems that I have rain without clouds when I use real world weather.  As a test I took off from my home airport, KTOL Toledo Express, and that was the weather as defined by real world weather. Upon looking out my window I saw low dark clouds and it was a rain/snow mix. What happened to the clouds? I havent found out wahts wrong as of yet but I have made no changes to my settings nor I have downloaded anything.

And yes I hadn't raised my landing gear at that point because all I wanted was the shot.

The clouds could have been up above you, out of sight.  I'm also going with a flame out on #3.
