;DA few years back I was at an airshow and saw the exact replica some guys had built. I think the same plane was also used in the recent "Aviator" movie with Leonardo Decaprio.

Yep, there was a beautiful replica of it. Unfortunately the creator (James L. Wright) and the plane are no longer with us. He crashed after leaving AirVenture 2003 :(

I saw "The Aviator" yesterday and was just about to go look for that airplane for FS2004.
