If you're talking about the song Pass The Dutchie, "Dutchie" referrs to a Dutch Oven.

The song is a remake of a song called Pass The Coochie

"Coochie" referring to "w**d" as you put it.

New song: How does it feel when you got no food

Old song: How does it feel when you got no herb

I blame the government!! ;D but then again that's nothing new. however it seems that our policy are being followed by other countries. Although I'm curious to see when the day arives that if you get caught with 2999 grams of cocaine on a thailand airport that they send you home. (And no I am not kidding) ;D
