Wet Hurricane.

Postby eno » Mon Mar 07, 2005 5:47 am

On the same page at Avsim (if you order by date) as the Rockwell posted by Bjorn is this lovely Sea Hurricane. Looks great ...... sounds fantastic .... nice VC for the VC lovers... one drawback the ground handling is absolute C**P!! If anyone would like to fiddle with the CFG and sort it then I would be most greatful for a revision.

Awsome shots, I'm gonna run over and get it just cuz of its VC!

LOL, I wouldn't mind the ground handling too much, since it was designed never to touch the ground ;)

The Hurricane is my personal favourite WWII aircraft so I'm excited about every one that comes out ;D.

The ground handling isn't really as crappy as it is realistic, no WWII fighter handled "well" by todays standards on the ground.

Ya'll are bunch of spoon-fed trike lovers! ;D

Well after some careful and not so careful testing I can safely say that on the ground the rudder is a little more effective than it should be, and in the air the roll rate is a wee bit higher than it is in real life.... that said its a lovely model to fly, could be next weeks MP plane methinks ;)
So here are some pics...
