Low Bridge Anyone?

Postby Clipper » Thu Feb 24, 2005 8:24 pm

How about we start posting more stunt shots over the next few days? Let's see if we can seperate the men from the boys....O.K. Who's in?

Nitro started us off to-night, TacitBlue is probably up there right now screwing himself into the ground (see Nitro's "under the bridge" post for TacitBlue's rant). The lower the better, inverted even better, engines off -lower-inverted, even better! Up for the task?

I know these are old stunts, but from the old days, we have done almost all there is to do with bridges ......over, under, around, and through.....

Here is a practice run with the derrick cranes .......from both directions..........

And then we did the bridges,... first slow...................

...........then faster, with a warbird.........all with smoke to verify the track.........

Awesome dude!

I think I might try, without bridges, but with a little twist ;)

Cheers,

The master has no need to show off his skills Eno, besides no-one has ever done a repeat of my famous Concorde/Golden Gate stunt... once someone can do that I'll start working on something new ;)

The gloves are off, let the games begin. Franscal, you call that low?,. Unless you're streaming sparks from your tail, you haven't impressed anyone! There's a lot of history here.... GnatMan, had there been a fish (perfectly cooked) flopping inside your exhaust, your shot would have been a bomb. Let's raise the bar!!Rifleman, really impressive stuff, but I bet it can be topped....Eno and Ozzy72...We hear you, but we don't see you
! They say you're only as good as your last stunt ;)
Tacit where are you man, you couldn't still be up there trying, could you? Mobius, that is some serious inversion!

That doesn't sound hard, I'll try it and post screenies when I get a Concorde and do it.

Inverted loop around the bridge, say you're flying below it inverted and pull a loop, still inverted, with your exit point under the bridge again.
