I use a program called Fraps. It's free and it works really well!

just wanting to know weather the qulaity is any better.

EDIT: u have to buy it to be able to save in JPG ;D

FSscreen saves as a BMP with all the original quality.
Irfanview, also free, will do what ever resize or
conversions you need.
