Ha ha! I bet you could get a heavy c130 on there.....providing of course that  the navy would let you do this with $500million carriers!

Actually there was a C-130 taking off and landing on an aircraft carrier, it was a bit modded with a tailhook. The pilot had to read his briefing twice, as he saw that he had to land an C-130 on a carrier...

Actually there was a Marine Corps Herc that landed on the USS Forrestral in 1963 I believe... He had his tail shot up and it was the only landable place around.. I think Air Boss got court martialled after it though..

especially when it looks like after they land their going to break the landing gears at the point in the middle where the two carriers meet!
