The MiG-17 has got to be my favourite early Russian jet fighter.
Small, agile, and very feisty!

Oh, and please keep your Skyhawks out of my airspace.

The shots were taken while flying and fighting in Strike Fighters: Project 1.

Strike Fighters I do believe...

A Mig-15 could outfight a Skyhawk?  I find that a bit far-fetched...

Even so...I thought the Skyhawk was ahead of the Mig by that time...

I don't know about later model A-4's,
but I'm pretty sure the Fresco could hold it's own against early model Scooters.

Only by the USN for the agressor role.
Even then they were stripped of almost everything, and upraded to the nuts.
