I'm partial to the first.  Is that default scenery?  If so where is it.  If it's an add-on, where can it be found?

Its addon scenery for Liverpool UK and can be found HERE it's the Liverpool city centre scenery.

It's not just the hub caps. They've nicked the wheels to boot! ;D

Yeah - and you can tell it's not Manchester as well. At least there they leave it up on bricks..

Oh BTW eno, nice shots, but you made the right decision for the contest  ;)
