Spity

This is more review/tips than showing pic.

I found a spitfire on avsim that is a orignaly a CFS2 airplane, but has been remade to fit FS2k4. It has a decent panel, a virtual cockpit, fully moving parts and great sound. It also looks very good from the outside. But, the panel and VC dont have anyu gauges. But after som tweaking, you can get the Seafire panle from Aeroplane heavens seafire to fit great with this spit. You can even get the gauges to show in the VC if you know what you are doing.

Looks like a Paul Rebuffat model. Odd I've never had any panel problems with any of his models.

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

As Ozzy says, most of Paul's CFS2 Spitfires work fine in FS9 (or FS2002) simply by re-aliasing the Sound.cfg. You might need to do a simple Aircraft.cfg tweak to make the flap animation look right.* I've never had a problem with the panels or DVC gauges either. I suspect the person who uploaded this "update" forgot to include the extra gauges or you didn't install them correctly.

*PS. There was a long thread in the FS9 forum some time ago where I explained exactly how it's done.
