Just a side note, as an example of why money runs out in the MOD, when an employee is transferred the MOD will pay the costs for them to move, the most ridiculous is that they will buy their house from them for the going rate of a house of simmilar size in the area they are moving to. (if that made any sense )

Hopefully they will do that for me too. In my line of work I'm looking at moving at least twice in 2 years and from then on can expect to move house every 2 to 3 years...
