Try some food in Louisana, Texas, or Southern California!

Thai Food too!  I took a friend to Thai restaurant that I knew about and told him "get the mild!"  He wanted to be macho (of course) and got the Extra Hot...

Couldn't even finish it (not more than 5 bites).  He was sorry for the next few days too!
