Jordan-

All of Frontiers 319s up to N933FR are available at Avisim. These two may be painted by iFDG,  but I download them from the VA I fly for- Virtual Frontier.

Makes you wonder how they paint them in real life.

Iroquois-

The fuselage is painted like any othe plane. The tail Art is pretty much a contact paper project. Many decals that are about 3x5 foot squares cover the entire tail. They all overlap slightly to prevent  blank space. They last about 3 years untill they are won down enough that they need to be changed.

They hire 3rd world country illegal immigrants and give them a childs water color brush and say "Get to it! This one gets a River Otter"

:P

Agreed Frontier has the best liveries. Clean fuselage scheme and awesome tail art

Oh very tasty, for a "care-bear" airline that is  ;D

Hey, since you probably know everything about Frontier, have they strayed away from the 737?
I ask since it seems like every new aircraft they receive is an Airbus  :)

Nexus- Frontier is phasing out the 733s as they receive Airbusses. They once had an all 737 fleet including some -200s (they have since parked them all). Frontier is leasing and purchasing 318s and 319s because they are overall better aircraft than the 737-300. I am not trying to discriminate the 737, I am actually a fan of the NGs. The current fleet of 46 aircraft is: 6 Boeing 737-300s, 34 Airbus A319s, and 6 Airbus A318s. Frontier plans to have 60 planes by the end of 2008, all of them being Airbusses.

Their next delivery will be N807FR, an A318. Its delivery was delayed because of engine damage from the new runway at the Airbus Facility. That will likely be the last delivery of the year. A pic of N807FR:http://www.airliners.net/open.file/670529/L/

;D ;D ;D :D ;) :)
