In multiplayer with N272JB over Waterfall, Alaska.  Beautiful sunrise.

(Made some tweaks to fs9.cfg and got an INCREDIBLE result....can ya tell?)

Nice, your system specs are very close to mine, what did you tweak?

My specs:
P4 2.0GHz
1Gb PC2700 RAM
GeForce FX5200 (256Mb version)

To answer the question, basically all I did was google "FS9 Tweaks" and ran through the list doing everything I could find.

I've shared this with a few of my friends, and they all seem very pleased with the result!
