One of my favorite repaints... just beautiful.

An awesome texture for an awesome plane. I love the way she reflects.. This is Edward Cox's repaint for SGA's MD-82.

"Ladies and gentelemen, this is your captain speaking. We are now making our initial descent into Toncontin Int. airport, and as a reminder, the use of portable electronic devices at this time is prohibited. The flight crew will be passing through the cabin to prepare the aircraft for arrival. Welcome to Honduras, and thank you for flying American."

Gear down and flaps extended as the crew receives late clearance for landing.

A spotter captures this shot seconds before she crosses the threshold.

A healthy puff of smoke on touchdown.  ;)

I love that one as well. Most of the time whe I fly an American Airlines Bird, it's that one.

Your shots do it justice too.  Very crisp.  I love the spotter's perspective shot!

Gogi, the model I have does not have a VC, unfortunately.. I've been wrestling to get my A318 virtual cockpit to work right now.. errors all over the place as of right now..

Here is the link to the repaint..

The actual plane is in the 2004 civil jets page somewhere hre on Simviation.. Really cool looking plane.
