I take it this carrier is addon freeware.  There were carriers in FS2002 with working lifts and I think that there are some for FS2004 too.

the answer to some of your questions is i'm not sure where they came from had them such a long time there are half a dozen carriers dotted about i'm sure if you search they won't be too hard to find..
sonic boom effect i'll have to look into that jordonj will let you know.
and ramsa there are no missing textures its something to relay messages to the pilots or something or maybe something to do with the meatball..i'm sure someone can tell you better.
anyway glad you all like the shots :) :)
