Okay!  I fixed the problem!

Take all the files in the

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft\PC-21\texture

and copy them to

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft\PC-21\texture.02

and to

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft\PC-21\texture.test

This will get you the prop textures, the VC textures, and a brighter VC as well as the glass is here!

One more thing I did was change the sound.cfg file to read:

[fltsim]
alias=C208\sound


This way it sounds like a turboprop instead of a piston!
