I believe the SimV terrain covers the entire world.

You would have to download a LOT of files to get the whole world.
Replace Internet Explorer with a better, safer browser.

Hi Splash...!
Very nice shots.... 8)...
...but...
If you wish to become a member of the "Elderly Gentlemans Flying Club", you will have to cease flying around in dangerous whirley-bird aircraft fitted with propellers on top of them... :o...!
Our insurance company will not cover you for such illegal activites... ::)...!
LOL...LOL...LOL...!

Cheers Splash... ;D...!

P.S.....
Up to now I have been using the 30m Terrain Mesh for continental USA including Alaska, DEM Mesh from here...>>>

http://www.simviation.com/fsdterrainusa.htm

Installing areas: 30, 40, 41 and 64, covering the west coast of California from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

Very accurate mesh indeed... ;D...!

So...!

Are there any benefits from deleting my existing ones and replacing them with the 70m mesh from here?...>>>

http://www.simviation.com/fsdterrainsrtm.htm

..covering areas: NA 48 and NA 38...?

Maybe the newer 70m detail is "coarser" than my existing 30m "finer" detail...?

Cheers all... ;D...!

Paul.

Note: I am using FS 2002 only!
