Thanks for the comments.  No guys, unfortunitely no VC in this one.  It's listed in the cfg file but don't know what to do to bring up the guages, or if I even have the guages that are listed?!

You don't have the gauges for this either?  I did get those...

did you copy them from the zip into your gauges folder?

2D panel is complete, just no guages on VC, just the panel itself.
