Saying goodbye.......................

Postby ramsa329 » Tue Sep 14, 2004 5:32 pm

to one of the nicest planes ever developed for flightsim.

She made it all the way through Fs2000 and Fs2002 but she's a little long in the tooth for Fs9.

I call this "Comin Home to Edwards"

Hope you enjoy!!!!

I'm sorry I don't understand what thing with what guy?

I meant this as a tribute to a great designer and his work.

The plane is available here at simviation.

Michael, I think what Jordon means is, "Ludo & Waterfall just packed up and left. They said 'Goodbye". I think Jordon was referring to that.
Really nice work!!

yeah I think thats what he means ---------- the guy who told everyone he was leaving ( I think he was a little off )

" I sort of wish you had picked a better thread title"

i don't really see why the topic matters though?
it's not messed up or anything like that

anyway its too bad that b-52 doesn't work well in 2004 It was nice for 2002

Thank you, that's exactly what I meant.  I was thinking; "Another member leaving?!"

By the way, I apologize for not complementing you on your shots :-[...most excellent work! ;)

There are two paint schemes that came with the original plane and there is a third add-on paint that was of a "BUFF' in Vietnam war colors.

plane looks very good indeed but personally i think it's a bit overpowered in the sim. it just accelerates too fast.  ;)

Beautiful shots, that plane is so massive. I remember seeing it a duxford, in the American Airforce museum and, woah...that thing just dwarfs everything else. The tail was just several inches from the roof of the building.
