Microsoft put allot of these little "easter Eggs" scattered around all over. Go find some of the billboard signs with the planes in them!!

I changed my  FS9.cfg to read:

TERRAIN_USE_VECTOR_MAP=1
TERRAIN_USE_VECTOR_OBJECTS=0

The effect on framerates was instant!

Would that take out the billboard tho? ???
