Toronto to Toronto......Part 61

Before leaving to Burundi i'm going to follow up to a suggestion a friend of mine made . He said that there was a nice canyon located 40nm west of Dodoma, so Davy and i went to check it out and this is what we found .

What a sight, i've looked on several maps to see what it's called but i can't find anything . So i'm going to call it the Great Tanzanian Canyon, sit back and enjoy as i did flying over it .




A wonderful view from my right cabin window .

Landing with some nice pictures in my camera .

Picked up some more film for my camera at the local general store . Just one cup of coffee before we leave for Burundi . And of course Davy is watching hockey on the tv in the plane(unbelievable).

Just breathtaking shots Ludo. Looks like a canyon I've seen before in a movie, i think it was the Lion King (you know the part where Simba's father dies). Good job

Yes those are beautiful shots of a beautiful canyon, and I can also tell why Andres would say it's the canyon from the Lion King.
