After leaving Pretoria's Wonderboom airport we made our way to Mozambique where we are to drop off Kees's wife (she's going to a baby shower). When we reach Mozambique we should know more about the condition of the Twin Bonanza and the AP
. Davy seems to have made a complete recovery from his rash, i asked him to get rid of those pills as fast as possible (before we get in trouble again, sigh). Davy and Kees's wife seem to get along just fine
, they're now singing African baby songs together lalalala
. Here we are taking off and singing to the baby groove
.
More rugged scenery in South Africa
.
Entering Mozambique's airspace and you can already see the vegetation change
.
Flying over the town of Dingtown just over the border of Mozambique.

Flying over Maputo's farmland and beautiful lakes
.
Nice approach to the airport with Maputo city in the background 8).

Said goodbye to Kees's wife while Davy and her where still singing. We fueled up and parked in our designated spot
. I made the phone call to Capetown to see what the condition was on the Twin Bonanza, it doesn't look to good, the parts that Kees needs to repair the AP need to come from Michigan USA of all places
. So i'm gonna have to continue our RTW with the Queenair for now
. Kees's wife just called and asked if we could wait for 15 minutes, she has a friend that is willing to pay us to bring her to Victoria Falls in Zimbabw

Good job Ludo
