As you can see, dawdleing was a bad idea...
Hmm...now that's an odd landmass! And an even stranger place for an airstrip!
It was a bit out of my way, but I wanted to get a shot of this!

Ran into some fog here (good thing I know how to use VOR!)
But I came out again!
I got this nice shot. It's either the Big Horn River or the Yellowstone River (I'm quite sure it's the Big Horn)...
And I have landed in Gillette (funny how I keep coming back here...
)
Well, I met up with Frank and Ruby, made a pit stop in the restroom (my urge to drain my holding tanks became more urgent as I taxied) :-/
:( and relaxed for a while before taking off again. I have a lot of flying to do if I'm to make it back to TC by the 25, and visit all the people I want to...Part 28 is here.
