How good is your AIRCRAFT RECOGNITION???

Postby Threadkiller » Thu Aug 05, 2004 8:33 pm

well, ive been reading...and aircraft recognition was a very important part if u were to be a fighter pilot, back in WWI and II as it is now (conputers do it for you now, but still...) anyway, ive been cracking at this project for a while, and i was wondering if u guys could recognize it.....

Looks like a little Beechcraft (I can't think of the model-I'm really sleepy).  ;)

I used to be very good at aircraft recognition & represented my ATC squadron at competitions. I soon found out that I wasn't as good as I thought. ::)

I can still recognise most vintage types but the modern ones all look the same to me. They don't have the same character as the oldies. My first impression was that this is a Cessna AT-17 Bobcat so I agree with Foo.

Nice job too. ;)
