Vickers Vangaurd Disaster

Postby Sobby » Sat Aug 07, 2004 12:04 pm

This Vangaurd left Glasgow on a cargo flight to Paris ;D
About 5-10mins out of Glasgow it ran into trouble when the electrics failed ;D

Then the engines packed in and the Pilots atteptemed to glide to Edinburgh ;D

After doing a bella landing the nose dug in hard and the aircraft crashed (I heard the bella scratch off the ground before the crash ;D)

And there you go

Yeah, I took the liberty of looking at the CD myself...

Pretty cool!  I must have been thinking of the Vickers VC-10.

For those of you who can't find PC Pilot, the excellent planes are available here.
