thanx to you omag......but i gotta tell you...it took me 4 tries!!!....i think it might be due to the fact that i save all my pics in "thumbs" program (an excellent program) so maybe that could be the problem....or....i'm thinking that once i place my file name into the Url i should go to the end of the "hyperlink" and hit enter?...i think when i did that it took......i guess that actually saves the pic to the e mail,,,god you must think i'm a little slow if you know what i mean....35 years as aa aircraft maint director, no problem fixing b777's, etc etc , and yet this simple little task has me crazy.......i'm telling you i need a life:)
