well one probleme, it dosent let me assign an RAID Array(rember I am only working with one SATA drive)

...so I ran that and it still did not work on the SATA 1 port so I tried it on the RAID port, so I created an array, installed the drivers and no go so im lookin in the BIOS and I find the Parallel Ports Disabled, Enable it set it to 378 save it and we are in business. So here is what I had to do, run the Seagate Setup Utility, Have the SATA drive on RAID 0 Port, Create an RAID array, install RAID drivers in windows set up, then windows finnaly detected it then I formated, made the Promise Raid drivers disk installed that and walla all done, took me long enugh what a simple and stupid soulution I shoulda had worked out the first day!!
