Well your gonna want a PCI Express board, dont even bother with AGP.
Secondly the 945 chipset supports duel cores, so I think your thinking of duel processer boards ;) Really its all about what processer your putting in it. If its a 6XX or 5XX prescott then go for the 915 board, but a Pentium D will require the 945 chipset.
Thirdly all aftermarket boards can overclock better than others. If your gonna do some extreem stuff (like I do) the DFI LanParty boards are the only way to go. However if your just doing slight 200~300Mhz clocks you should look at Gigabyte or ASUS.
