No Download access

I keep getting the following message when I click on the download section:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in /usr/web/htdocs/simviation/simviation/cfg.php on line 3
AHHAHAToo many connections.

Are we just that busy or is it something else? I know that the site has had some updates and changes in the last days. Also the forums are painfully slow.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Apologies. Again this is being monitored & will be fixed once we can pinpoint the cause.
