Hi all,
Sorry for the late answer, it's saturday night and the call of the sushi was too strong for me

Anyway, before I go to sleep, I'll try to answer the few questions here:
- the Section F8 Sabre is, for now, a FS9 plane. A native FSX version was being mentionned by the Section F8 guys back in time, but we never had any news since then.
- as mentionned above, there are some patches to make it FSX SP2 compatible, in DirectX9 mode only of course
- I do not remember the exact sequence to install the plane, I installed it a long time ago. However, I clearly remember that there was a readme explaining precisely the install procedure, and it had to be followed very carefully. One of the steps was to execute some exe file that was converting the textures of the plane, for example.
- after the installation, the plane works very well in FSX SP2, and the checklist to start the engine is quite challenging.
- I think I remember a problem with performance, but this was solved by disabling the smoke effect of the plane.
- I think there was also a little problem with the radios, but I'm not sure. During my flight, I could communicate with the ATC through the ATC window, but I didn't try to manipulate the radio in the cockpit...
