there are nice ways of telling people things that are not correct.
Considering some comments Ive received, I often wonder the same thing.
Hopefully that does not include me Dave & Jack. I hope and think that some of my and others feedback on your shots helped you improve a lot :-/

8-)
No offense taken but I know what you mean

I comment on
nearly all shots and apart from commenting on the nice features I also try to look for things that can be improved. Even 'The Masters' (you know who I mean) aren't perfect and there are things to improve. You can always improve else you would be perfect and we all know: 'Nobody ...'
Well no more screenshots, just cant seem to make any ppl like
Tastes differ and not everybody likes what you think is awesome. I have posted some shots that I thought were stunning but only got maybe two or three comments on them which we're probably along the lines of 'nice shots'. It is nice that other members like my shots but I don't think that 'nice shot' helps me improve. Therefore I always try to provide feedback in a mature (hey, I'm 34) and a professional way. But feedback doesn't always have to be positive and that can be hard on an artist (as I consider screenshooting an art on some form). Constructive feedback is far to often interpreted as negative criticism ...
When taking screenshots give it all you can. Make
lots of screenshots, try different weather themes, lighting, times of day, cluodsscapes etc. Select the best ones you can find and post them. But only post the ones that you think are the best. Then expect criticism and if you can't take that then don't post them ...
If no one replies to your shots you will probably have to do better next time (which actually means nobody likes them)
You can obviously ask for C&C but never beg for it ... you will only get the above.
