Modern version of the Focke Wulf Ta283 designed by German engineers at the end of the war. Originally powered by two ram-jets it achieved takeoff through a rocket motor housed in the rear of the fuselage, once airborne the ram-jets would take over. The aircraft would probably have achieved speeds in excess of 700 mph!. This particular aircraft is a prototype recon aircraft.
