Only just started playing with it, but it's clear that, as advertised, it taxis and trims out much more like the real thing. Rudder works the way it should in flight, too- one can actually slip very realistically in this C172. I didn't make this landing (been awhile and I was way too long), but it works great. Alledgedly, it will spin, although I haven't tried that yet. And the slipstream noises, although louder than stock, are much, much more realistic now. Definite changes in pitch reflecting airspeed. Best of all, I'd been having trouble with my default 172 not developing full power- this one will go all the way to redline. Can't wait to play more with this!!! NOTE: If you get this one, do as the ReadMe says: "Realism" sliders all the way right, or it won't work!
