The reason they take footprints instead of fingerprints is because an infants fingers aren't completly developed yet, and the ridges may still change. By the time you are a year or two old however, your stuck with what you got. Unless of course, you are amazingly clumsy and burn your print off your index finger in Chem, like I did, that was about a year ago and it still hasn't come back.

I doubt they are worse than my running shoes. They've been banned from the flat and have to live on the balcony away from the door However the upshot of them being worse than even the most evil French cheese is that dogs don't attack me when I'm out for a run... they run away whining
