Two ways. One is the simplest but the weakest. The other is the longer, but the one that may hold the real solution to your problem.
The weakest is to find an updated AFCAD file for the airport you have the problem in and put it in "Addon Scenery\scenery\". Hopefully the new AFCAD will reinstate the original materials as they were before. Note please that I said "hopefully", as I have no idea if this solution will work (it's a 50/50 shakedown).
The longer way is to make a list of ALL the scenery installed since and then disable them momentarily. Then, once the sim is at the same configuration it was way back when your airport worked correctly, go in there and see if the taxiways are back in working order.
If the taxiways AREN'T back in working order, then you have a even bigger problem. I very much fear you need either to hope a new AFCAD will resolve things or reinstall the sim (or simply avoid that airport, the choice is yours).
If the disabling of the scenery ever since installed instead gives back the old taxiways' material, you know there's a scenery among those disabled that is choking your airport. To find the culprit go into the scenery manager and reactivate the sceneries one at time, and then try the taxiways in the problematic airport. One at time, one at time, you'll get to the scenery which is giving you headaches and can disable it once ands for ever.
That's about it.

There's but one real cure for human stupidity. It's called DEATH.
