The lady in the story is suffering from Electro Magnetic fields surrounding her. EM fields caused by telephones, microwaves, WI-FI and so on. What strikes me most is the fact that the entire planet is surrounded by one big EM field, the sun constantly shoots EM fields into space (also in our direction) and other natural ways of EM fields and yet I don't read anywhere she has a problem with that.

I think it is mostly in her mind.
