I used to be 10,10 Paul a year ago.

Now I'm about 11,8.

I have one question. If you exercise you build up your muscles and put on weight. Also the more exercise you do the more hungry you are? I have never done so much exercise as in the last year and this is the heaviest I have ever been.  :-X Any thoughts anyone?

The muscle put on when excercise does make you put on weight. When I took up Hockey again in the last two terms of school I put on over half a stone and the only thing that had changed is that I ran around for a couple of hours once a week. :P

So did you lose it when you stopped?

The reason why I asked is that very rapidly without any change in diet I put on 1lb a month about 12 months ago. UI was wondering when the trend would stop. Earlier this year I was at 10stone 11lbs and I fell to 10stone 3lb when I was ill. Of course I put it back on quite quick.

If this continues by the time I am Paul's age I'm gonna look like this! :o

Yup. It wasn't long before I was back down to just over 10 stone after I left school.

Cheers Chaps for the info!

Gives me a great insight to see how everyone... "Lives".. LOL

I'm finding that not only loosing weight clears the pounds, it also clears the mind. I feel alot more "Refreshed", and i seem to feel more postive and motivated.. .. I dont sound like a lass do i?

You want to tighten up those loose weights in your Cessna before they cause problems. :P ;)

So a stupid Question anway..

Say for instance i work out for my 2 hours, then come home, and have a healthy or healthy-ish tea (dinner for Doug ;)) will that workout be useless 'cos ive had something a bit bad. I'm just trying to find out how it all works out , and the best method of loosing weight.

All I can remember is that muscle build up wastes away approximately three times faster than it took to put on. Annoying, ain't it. ;D
