0.5 miles by bike. Throw in some wind and uphill action along with a 3-times-a-day routine and I have myself a really serious workout.

And that's only to and from my job.

0700 - to work
1100 - from work to lunch
1630 - end of duty day [pedaling home]
Tue:
0700 - to work
1100 - "
1530 - weekly exersice at the running track
1630 - "
Wed:
same as Mon
Thur:
same as Mon
Fri:
0700 - Command Run [running 1.5 miles along a road]
Basically, my entire work week revolves around exercise.
