What worries me is that more & more people seem to have problems separating fantasy from reality. I don't think the continual graphic violence we're bombarded with on TV, films & games helps in this respect. Even little kids are allowed to watch this nonsense these days & see it as normal.
I agree Hagar...it's not a matter of children emulating what they see on television and hear on the radio. It's the result of parents not raising their own children.
Too many parents want other people (ie government, teachers, etc) to do the parenting, and not take the responsibility on themselves.
However, in their defense, I'd also point out that schools and government haven't exactly been handed this without asking for it.
Lawmakers and educators have been slowly taking away parental
rightsresponsibilities for quite a while...
